1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VS Typing ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Examination Simulation Purpose
The Platform provides typing practice, keyboard assessment, and rule-based evaluation tools for educational and recruitment preparation purposes. Generated scorecards and certificates are simulation artifacts and do not constitute official appointment records or government-recognized certifications.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions
Users agree not to attempt reverse engineering, automated scraping, data tampering, or deliberate degradation of platform services. Software macros, auto-typers, and unauthorized browser automation tools during examination attempts violate the intended spirit of assessment.
4. Intellectual Property
All website architecture, math evaluation algorithms, user interface components, and branding are the intellectual property of VS Typing. Publicly referenced examination rules and syllabus parameters remain the property of their respective examining authorities.
