1. Minimal Information Collection
VS Typing operates on a privacy-by-design model. To take a practice examination, candidates are only required to provide a Candidate Name to personalize their performance scorecard. We do not collect phone numbers, government identification numbers, physical addresses, or unnecessary tracking identifiers for basic test practice.
2. Examination Data & Storage
During an active examination attempt, typing telemetry (such as character count, elapsed time, backspace modifications, and error events) is collected strictly to calculate Gross WPM, Net WPM, and marks according to the configured examination rules. Attempt scorecards are identified by cryptographically generated identifiers.
3. No Commercial Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade candidate personal information to third parties or marketing brokers. All data is processed solely to provide deterministic examination simulation and scorecard generation.
